  • LIVE Thursday 6pm: All Levels, Release and Recover Yin Yoga

  • Saturday: Level 2-3 Power Flow / Level 1-2 Mellow Flow Yoga (alternating weekly)

INJURY AND BEGINNER PATHWAYS

Coming imminently to Connected, these Pathways are targeted series specific to an injury, or designed for a beginner to yoga.


Essentially they are created to get you started on the right pathway, whether you’re just getting started, or you need help recovering from an injury.


With the help of these Pathways you’ll be able to more quickly join the weekly classes to continue and maintain your progress!
