Well hey there, I'm Helen!

I've dedicated the last 12 years to helping people move and feel better through my yoga classes and programs.

I created the Magic Mornings because I know,

a) how hard it is to start a good morning routine, but b) how incredibly life changing it can be!!

I can't wait to hear about the breakthroughs you experience during these 5 days!

These classes are suitable for most levels, even those new to yoga. Always remember a teacher is only a guide and that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing at all times.
