Well hey there! I've dedicated the last 12 years to helping people move, perform and feel better - from world class athletes, to everyday movers.

So, whether you're an athlete wanting to improve your performance, or you just want to move with more ease and lightness each day - I can guide you. I'll help you get physically and mentally connected - to feel the best you can, inside and out. If you're a runner, all my Run Better with Yoga programmes are now in Connected!

Live Class Schedule

  • Tuesday 6pm: Level 2-3, Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga

  • Thursday 6pm: All Levels, Release and Relax Yin Yoga

  • Saturday 9am: alternating weekly: Level 2-3 Power Flow and Level 1-2 Mellow Flow Yoga

INJURY AND BEGINNER PATHWAYS

Coming imminently to Connected, these Pathways are targeted series specific to an injury, or designed for a beginner to yoga.


Essentially they are created to get you started on the right pathway, whether you’re just getting started, or you need help recovering from an injury.


With the help of these Pathways you’ll be able to more quickly join the weekly classes to continue and maintain your progress!
