Why do post-run yoga?

release muscular tension, before it accumulates and leads to injury

release spine tension and disc compression to avoid back pain

keep muscles happy and avoid painful knots/ trigger points

get to know your body better, so you can start to give more attention to tight areas

rest, relax, recover... and get back to doing what you love!
